The Profil M Learner Cockpit comes into play where classic learning management systems are often not sufficiently flexible and attractive to encourage participants to use self-managed learning offers.

It offers an attractive platform on which you can provide participants with learning impulses and learning content that they can use actively, in part, and depending on their learning needs and pace. Here, guiding principles are goal-oriented individual learning, learning on demand, and the 70:20:10 model (70% learning through experience, 20% learning through others, 10% training & coaching).

Diverse content: From video tutorials and practical tasks right through to memory cards, all conceivable learning impulses can be made available via the Learner Cockpit.

Flexible or chronological process: Learning content can be selected flexibly and as required by participants or can be called up only after completion of other modules.

Easy to integrate into your learning management system: The Learner Cockpit can be easily integrated into your learning management system – just like a normal web-based training program. Alternatively, you can use the Learner Cockpit via our Profil M Academy.
