Report legal violations confidentially – Our whistleblower system
Profil M GmbH & Co. KG adheres to the principle of working together with customers, business partners, and employees in a spirit of trust. Corruption, fraud, or other legal violations have no place here. If you become aware of any violations of these principles in your day-to-day work, please report them to us. Our aim is to comply with laws and regulations. If errors occur, we want to uncover and rectify them.
Your contact options
Profil M GmbH & Co. KG complies with the requirements of the German Whistleblower Protection Act (Hinweisgeberschutzgesetz – HinSchG) and the EU-wide standard for the protection of whistleblowers in accordance with the EU Whistleblower Directive (EU 2019/1937). In order to implement these requirements, we have set up a whistleblower system with the option of reporting legal violations confidentially. There are many reporting channels available to you,
- via our whistleblower portal: Profil M GmbH & Co. KG operates a complaints and whistleblower portal via which you can send us information – anonymously if you wish. Our whistleblower portal enables a secure and confidential exchange between the whistleblower and our ombudsperson.

Via these confidential reporting channels, our employees, as well as all other persons who have contact with Profil M GmbH & Co. KG can report legal violations.
We work together with a service provider: Every message received via the reporting portal or the hotline reaches Althammer & Kill GmbH & Co. KG, which is our service provider responsible for handling reports. Reports can be submitted there with your contact details, but also anonymously. All reports will be treated confidentially. Our service provider Althammer & Kill GmbH & Co. KG ensures that the employees or managers of Profil M GmbH & Co. KG will not learn your name unless you have given your express prior consent. Details on data processing by Althammer & Kill GmbH & Co. KG can be found on the website, https://profil-m-riskmanagement.ak-compliance.de/Home/PrivacyPolicy. Our service provider Althammer & Kill GmbH & Co. KG will send you a confirmation of receipt within seven days and will inform you within three months at the latest of the results of the investigation into your report.

Please note that our whistleblower system can only be used to report legal violations. For general comments, complaints, or suggestions, please contact us using the contact form on this website.
External reporting offices
In accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG), you also have the option of contacting external reporting offices. However, please bear in mind that your concern can be dealt with more quickly and directly if you report it internally. You can find more information on the options for external reporting at the Federal Office of Justice at BfJ – Whistleblowing office (bundesjustizamt.de). Other external reporting offices include the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (“BaFin”) and the Federal Cartel Office.
